The Customer agrees to prepay for fuel equivalent to the standard full tank capacity of the rented vehicle, less 5 (Five) litres, which will be provided free of charge by the Company.
The Customer remains responsible for monitoring fuel levels and refueling the rented vehicle during the rental period as required for safe and uninterrupted operation;
The Company shall not be held liable for any inconvenience, breakdown, or damage arising from the Customer’s failure to maintain adequate fuel levels within the rented vehicle during the rental period.
The Customer is permitted to return the rented vehicle with any amount of fuel, without having to incur additional refueling charges;
No reimbursement, credit, or refund shall be made for any unused or excess fuel present in the tank upon return of the rented vehicle.
The fuel charge will be clearly communicated at the time of reservation or upon vehicle pickup;
The option is non-refundable, irrespective of actual fuel consumption or early return of the rented vehicle.
This option must be selected upon reservation or upon vehicle pickup and cannot be applied retrospectively;
The Company reserves the right to amend or discontinue the option at its discretion without prior notice, provided that such changes shall not affect confirmed bookings.
